How to
Live Younger, Healthier and Happier

Lynn Kregloh, the founder of Healthy Living Tip and
publisher of “Live Younger, Healthier and Happier”.
I live in Puerto
Rico with my husband Javier and my two year old daughter
Eva, and am currently pregnant with my second daughter, Ema. |

I created Healthy
Living Tip because, as much as I like to enjoy a better
health and lifestyle, I also like to share all that
knowledge with everyone willing to listen to me.
Right now for me
being healthy and living well is a priority, but, as you
will soon read, I come a long way from that goal.
I grew up having for
breakfast either a glazed doughnut and a soda or a bowl of
chocolate ice cream. That was until I developed hypoglycemia
as a teenager that I had to change my breakfast to a grilled
cheese sandwich and a diet soda.
I never drank milk
or ate any vegetables and the only fruit I remember eating
as a child was strawberries with sugar on top. We ate meat,
canned, over processed and microwavable foods every single
day, and obviously where fans of all the famous fast food
chains. I was never fat, nor anyone in my family, but I sure
know that we where malnourished.
I do remember that
during my teenage years I did develop a sense that all that
had to change. After I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia I
started reading and researching a lot on the subject. I
didn’t want to be deprived of eating everything I liked
(dessert) and I knew that there was a way of getting rid of
that condition.
I learned how to
read labels and always accompanied my mother to the grocery
store and showed her healthier alternatives to buy. The last
time I had a sugar headache or a lab test showing my blood
sugar low was over fifteen years ago.
My eating habits got
a little better but did not dramatically changed until later
on when I met my husband, at law school. He was a vegetarian
and I had, for a long time, wanted to dramatically change my
eating habits but living at home was practically impossible.
So when I met Javier I was finally able to start
implementing a much healthier lifestyle.
Ever since we met we
have always been aiming for a better and healthier
lifestyle. Javier taught me a lot about being a vegetarian
and living better and that also encouraged me to keep on
researching everything I could on health and healthy living
at the same time we implemented it in our lives as well as
shared it with others willing to take our advice.
That is
what you’ll find throughout this website and in my
